This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on scorpiongourmet.com.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended due to:

  • High order volume
  • Product launches or pre-orders
  • Inventory verification
  • Operational or carrier-related constraints

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods, carriers, and rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Scorpion Gourmet reserves the right to:

  • Select the shipping carrier
  • Modify shipping methods when necessary
  • Split orders into multiple shipments

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Actual delivery timing may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Regional service disruptions
  • Peak shipping periods

Scorpion Gourmet is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.

International Shipping

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities

Orders refused or abandoned at customs are not eligible for refund.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Scorpion Gourmet is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipment, if approved, may require additional shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Scorpion Gourmet is not liable for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Theft from porches, mailrooms, or unsecured locations

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure delivery locations.

Damaged Shipments During Transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the package and contents immediately
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored.

Resolution is handled at our discretion in accordance with carrier policies.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse shipment to certain locations
  • Cancel orders where shipping is impractical, restricted, or prohibited

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
