Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Scorpion Gourmet product. If there is an issue with your order, we will work to resolve it promptly and fairly under the terms outlined below.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with the bottle sealed and the black shrink wrap intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Due to food safety regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and opened or used food products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at scorpiongourmet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary, followed by your bank if necessary. If the issue persists, contact scorpiongourmet@gmail.com.

Items are replaced only if they are damaged or defective. Exchanges for different products or preferences are not offered.

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns will be issued as store credit. If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
