Core Ingredients

Six ingredients do the heavy lifting in every bottle. Each one is there for a reason.

Scotch Bonnet Peppers

Scotch bonnet peppers are hot Caribbean chile, roughly on par with habaneros in heat but with a sweeter, fruitier, more rounded flavor that pairs extremely well with tropical ingredients.

Carrots

Carrots bring gentle sweetness, earthy depth, and a smooth, thick body that helps round out chile heat and create a velvety sauce texture.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes add a naturally balanced sweet-tart profile and juicy richness, creating a smooth base that supports the peppers while slightly dialing back their intensity.

Mangoes

Mangoes are added for their natural sweetness, bright acidity, and natural sugars, perfect for offsetting the heat of chiles such as Scotch bonnets in our sauces.

Limes

Limes bring sharp, zesty acidity and bright citrus aroma that lifts the sauce, tightens the overall flavor, and adds a clean, refreshing finish.

Additional Ingredients:

Used in small amounts to round out the profile. You won't taste them on their own, but you'd notice if they weren't there.

Yellow Onion

Slow-cooked sweetness and a savory base that holds everything else together.

Garlic

A sharp bite upfront that softens into deep, warm flavor as it cooks down.

Various Spices

A small proprietary blend for subtle warmth and complexity. This one stays in the family.
